Specially designed soft, stretchy material makes the BOSU® Fabric Resistance Bands easy on the skin unlike traditional latex resistance bands. The wider bands have an anti-slip inner layer which means no slipping, rolling, curling, or pinching while working out. They are even comfortable to use on bare legs and arms. If using on legs or arms with hair, turn bands inside out for best comfort. BOSU worked with industry professionals to develop the bands that are perfect for building muscle, shaping, and toning glutes, hips, thighs, and calves. Use while doing glute bridges, squats, hip thrusts, straight let raises, donkey kicks and lunges. For upper body use while doing rear delt pull, tricep extension, bicep curl, shoulder press and more. Use with the BOSU Balance Trainer or BOSU Pods for an even harder, muscle burning session. Bands are machine washable and can also be disinfected with disinfectant wipes or spray.
